WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT

DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE FROM YOUR STORE?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
SHIPPING GUIDELINES
DOMESTIC
The cost of Postage & Handling is $10.00 with each additional item $3.00 after that. We only use Express post in order for you to receive your items more faster. Express Post will usually take 1-3 business days to arrive and we will provide you with the article number so you are able to track the item.
INTERNATIONAL
The cost of shipping will determine the number of items purchased and location. If country is not listed customers can contact SVTH to confirm the shipping rates. Emails will be replied to as soon as possible. Please allow 7-10 working days for item/s to arrive. If there are any issues we will contact you immediately.
HANDLING: If your order is received damaged or defective we do not refund but will provide a replacement if available. You must inform us within 10 days of purchase if you wish to make a claim. Goods must be returned postage paid, in original condition and the original package (this may be waived at our discretion). Lost items should be taken up with Australia Post. For fraudulent claims for faulty or lost items, we reserve the right to prosecute you and refer you to the proper authorities.
PAYMENT
We do not use or hold any of your credit card or Debit Card details. They are sent directly to Paypal for processing. Paypal offers a secure and safe transaction option. Upon your purchase you are issued a receipt number.
